Export Formats
Export your presentations for different purposes.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Deckyard supports exporting presentations to multiple formats for offline use, sharing, and integration with other tools.
Available Formats

Standard document format for sharing and printing.
- High-quality rendering
- Universal compatibility
- Print-ready output
PowerPoint (PPTX)
Section titled “PowerPoint (PPTX)”A PowerPoint file for presenting or sharing outside Deckyard.
- Each slide is a full-slide image: looks exactly like the deck, text is not editable
- Speaker notes included
- Bunny videos can be embedded; other videos become a placeholder with a link

Images (PNG)
Section titled “Images (PNG)”Export slides as individual images.
- High-resolution output
- Perfect for social media
- Great for thumbnails
The deck as one self-contained web page.
- Images, theme fonts and slide navigation embedded in the file
- Opens from disk without a server
- Linked images, externally hosted fonts, videos and live features (polls, Q&A) still need a network; see Handoff Bundle
Export speaker notes separately.
- Word document (DOCX)
- Markdown format
- For printing or reference
Handoff Bundle
Section titled “Handoff Bundle”PDF, PowerPoint, HTML, slide images and speaker notes in one ZIP.
- One language version per bundle
- For recipients without Deckyard access
- Slide content is not editable in any of the files

Data Backup

- All presentations as JSON
- Referenced images (local and remote)
- Optional: version history, image library, slide library, themes
Getting Started
Section titled “Getting Started”Quick Export
Section titled “Quick Export”- Open your presentation
- Click File > Export
- Select your format
- Configure options
- Click Export
Export Menu
Section titled “Export Menu”Access all export options from:
- File menu > Export
- Keyboard shortcut:
Ctrl/Cmd + E - Right-click menu on presentation card
Export Permissions
Section titled “Export Permissions”Who Can Export
Section titled “Who Can Export”- Owner - All export formats
- Admin - All export formats
- Editor - Most export formats
- Viewer - Depends on presentation settings
Restricting Export
Section titled “Restricting Export”Owners can restrict export:
- Go to presentation Settings
- Find Export Options
- Disable specific formats or all exports

Section titled “Common Options”These options are available across export formats:
Language Selection
Section titled “Language Selection”For multi-language presentations:
- Select which language to export
- Or export all languages
Slide Selection
Section titled “Slide Selection”Export specific slides:
- All slides
- Current slide
- Custom range
Quality Settings
Section titled “Quality Settings”Adjust output quality:
- Standard - Good balance of quality and size
- High - Maximum quality
- Web - Optimized for web sharing
